Villa Angin Laut is located at SINARAN SURGA Complex, Uluwatu an exclusive private estate of 3 luxury villas, established on a cliff front, 70 meters above the sea with sweeping panoramic views of the Indian Ocean.

Villa Angin Laut, built on three levels, is set on one thousand three hundred square meters of lush gardens and like Villa Cahaya, offers spectacular views of the Indian Ocean.

One enters Villa Angin Laut through a landscaped courtyard, where the spa pavilion meets an impressive 2.5 meter wall of cascading water, beautifully carved with Balinese bas-reliefs.

You are welcomed by a grand staircase leading to the main level, where the view will take your breath away. The open plan design accentuates a sense of space and natural light, with the open terraces and large infinity pool complimenting the fantastic views.

The main floor features a large living room, indoor and outdoor dining areas and fully equipped kitchen. Two bedroom suites, each with bathrooms and private terraces and a TV media room, located to the rear of the villa.

Following the sound of soft flowing water you are lead to a separate guest pavilion, where you will find a large bedroom suite, open air bathroom and private terrace.

The upper level accommodates the master bedroom suite, which offers a magnificent view of Indian Ocean and boasts two large roof terraces.

TERMS

• Rates are quoted in US Dollars and valid for all markets
• Banjar fee is quoted in Rupiah applied only for function and/or event
• All rental rates is net, including of Government Taxes and service charges
• Number of guest in the room, maximum number of persons per room is 2 (two) adults and 1 (one) child under 12 year, maximum number of persons for whole villa is 12 persons
• Additional breakfast for child under 12 years is free of charges
• Rollaway bed and baby cot are free of charge and based on availability
• Check in time is 15.00 and check out time is 12.00 midday. Early check in and/or departure will be based on availability upon check-in/check-out
• Late check out more than 15.00 will be charged at 50% rental rate and late check out more than 18.00 will be charged as 1 night rental charge
